EXAMPLE OF MALWARE

WORM

is a program that copies itself repeatedly, for example in memory or on a network, using up resources and possibly shutting down the computer or network.

COMPUTER VIRUS

is a potentially damaging computer program that affects, or infects, a computer negatively by altering the way the computer works without the user’s knowledge.
it can spread throughout and may damage files and system software, including the operating system.

TROJAN HORSE


Is a program that hides within or looks like a legitimate program.
it can spread throughout and may damage files and system software,

ROOTKIT

Is a program that hides in a computer and allows someone from a remote location to take full control of the computer.
The rootkit author can execute programs, change settings, monitor activity, and access files on the computer.

exciting science computer

After 15 weeks learning computer science, many new things that i have learned. Before this i might dont know what are really 'computer' means but now i 've just got a clear vision about it. As i know before this at school, computer only means to me is to plays games and surfing the internet but now computer means a lot to me.

Several things that i've learned in computer science will be very helpful for me as i enter the occupation world. For example i can use my knowledge about, spreadsheet to view my paper work as my job will be more efficient.
